The 'Xtra Factor' presenter - who co-hosts the ITV2 'X Factor' spin-off show alongside Olly Murs - admitted she is "envious" of both Kelly and fellow female judge Tulisa Contostavlos' trim figures.
She said: "Kelly has the tiniest waist I've ever seen - it's the size of my neck. Tulisa is much taller than me - gorgeous. I'm a little bit envious to be honest."
The brunette beauty also confessed she feels under "pressure" to get in shape for the show - which launches on ITV1 on August 20 - because she is aware everyone will be commenting on the outfits she wears and how she looks.
Caroline added to Grazia magazine: "There's a lot of pressure to be thin on TV. Before you do a show they want to know what you're wearing and what it looks like on.
"Viewers are watching and commenting on how you look - I couldn't look that way naturally anymore. My body is different these days."
